  • 1kg potatoes, marjoram, 4 large cloves of garlic, 2 eggs, salt, flour

Preparation

Step 1

wash, peel, and grate potatoes

crush garlic into a fine paste

Step 2

add potato to bowl with eggs, flour, crushed garlic, salt, and marjoram

Step 3

pour "batter" into a frying pan with oil on medium to high meat and cook until brown

Step 4

dab off extra oil with a paper towel
