Ingredients

  • Mint leaves ¼ cup
  • Cilantro ¾ cup
  • Green Chilies 2 to 4
  • Tamarind pulp 3 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp.
  • Black salt 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1/4 tsp
  • Hing 1/8 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp.
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Water (adjust to taste) 4 cups

Preparation

Step 1

Make a coarse paste of mint, cilantro and green chili.
Add the spices to paste and mix in the water.
Add or omit the spices as per your taste.
