Cilantro Pistou

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1c olive oil
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

try to remove as much stem as you can from the cilantro leaves

Step 2

blend stems, gradually increasing the oil.
Add salt and garlic progressively.

Step 3

Add cilantro leafs and continue to blend adding oil to maintain thick paste.

Step 4

remove and let excess oil drain off in a sieve. place into a squeeze bottle
