Ingredients

  • • 2 cups Milk
  • • 6 Eggs
  • • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • • ¼ cup Sugar
  • • 1/8 tsp Salt

1. Scald milk.

2. Beat eggs, add sugar and salt.

3. Add hot milk, cook in double boiler, stir constantly until mixture coats spoon.

4. Add vanilla and serve cold.
