Ingredients

  • • 4 cups Flour
  • • 4 tbsp Baking Powder
  • • 2 tsp Salt
  • • ½ cup Shortening/ Margarine
  • • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • • ½ cup dried fruit or shredded cheese (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Combine all ingredients together into a doughy ball.

Step 2

3. Cut dough into smaller pieces and roll to small handful sized balls.
4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
