Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin, bay leaves, salt, pepper, twine.

Preparation

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 375
prep tenderlion with salt & pepper

Step 2

tie twine around tenderlion add bay leaves on top.

Step 3

Sear tenderlion in skillet, both sides.

Step 4

Put tenderlion in glass baking pan, cover with tin foil.
Bake for 50 mins.

Step 5

Remove tenderlion let rest for 10 mins.
