- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1 Piece Butter
- Coconut
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 Cup boiling water

Bake pie crust

Mix sugar, salt and flour together

Mix egg yolks, vanilla, coconut, milk, butter and water

Cook until thick stirring constantly

Beat egg whites and 2 tbsp sugar
Step 7
Put on top and sprinkle with coconut

Bake until lightly brown
