Summer Fresh Cold Pasta Salad

A refreshing mix of summer fresh vegetables encountered with dressing and pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 bxs of spiral pasta, 1 lg. Cucumber, 1-2 tomatoes., 2 crowns of broccoli, 1 onion and 1 green pepper. 1 btl. Italian dressing and 1/4 cup diced American cheese and 1/4 cup diced motzz cheese.

Preparation

Step 1

Boil 4 qts. Of water on a stove top and cook pasta eldente. When pasta is done rinse under cold water drain and set inside fridge.

Step 2

Meanwhile cut up veggies and cheese to desired size.

Step 3

Remove pasta from fridge & place into large mixing bowl. Add all veggies & cheese.

Step 4

Add Italian dressing 1/4 cup at a time. Taste as you go. Mix well . Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 min and serve.

Bow tie and reg. Long spaghetti pasta is also very good with this recipe.
