Summer Fresh Cold Pasta Salad

A refreshing mix of summer fresh vegetables encountered with dressing and pasta.
- 1-1 1/2 bxs of spiral pasta
- 1 lg. Cucumber
- 1-2 tomatoes.
- 2 crowns of broccoli
- 1 onion and 1 green pepper. 1 btl. Italian dressing and 1/4 cup diced American cheese and 1/4 cup diced motzz cheese.

Boil 4 qts. Of water on a stove top and cook pasta eldente. When pasta is done rinse under cold water drain and set inside fridge.
Meanwhile cut up veggies and cheese to desired size.
Remove pasta from fridge & place into large mixing bowl. Add all veggies & cheese.
Add Italian dressing 1/4 cup at a time. Taste as you go. Mix well . Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 min and serve.
Bow tie and reg. Long spaghetti pasta is also very good with this recipe.
