Ingredients

  • 10 c tomatoes
  • 6 c hopped bell peppers 5 large
  • 5 c white onion chopped
  • 2 1/2 c chili pepper
  • 1 c cider vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2T cilantro
  • 3T salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all and bring to a boil.
Simmer 10 minutes.

6-8 pint jars
Boiling bath 15 minutes
+ (tried 6 Anaheim, 2 jalapeno)
