My quick and easy go to when I don't have enough bread for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 4 C flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 C grated (frozen) margerine
  • 1 1/2 C milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix untill combined.

Step 2

Knead for another 30 seconds on the kitchen counter untill it becomes a more solid chunk.

Step 3

Roll out into a 1 inch thick slab.

Step 4

Use a glass to cut out circles. And re-roll the left over dough to make more circles.

Step 5

Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or untill golden brown on top.
