Ingredients
- Turkey
- Half a can of coke
- 4 caps lemon juice
- 1/2 cup jalapeno juice
- cajun seasoning
- meat injector
- roasting pan
- turkey bag
Preparation
Step 1
Mix coke, lemon juice, and jalapeno juice. Using meat injector, inject mixture into turkey 2 hours before cooking.
Step 2
Place turkey in bag, breast side down.
Step 3
Season and follow cooking insrtuctions from turkey.
