Turkey Bacon Crepes

Ingredients

Turkey
Half a can of coke
4 caps lemon juice
1/2 cup jalapeno juice
cajun seasoning
meat injector
roasting pan
turkey bag

Preparation

Step 1

Mix coke, lemon juice, and jalapeno juice. Using meat injector, inject mixture into turkey 2 hours before cooking.

Step 2

Place turkey in bag, breast side down.

Step 3
