Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Skirt Steak
  • 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves gradded fresh garlic
  • 2 Tbsp veg oil
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoe
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 Doz small flour tortillas
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole

Preparation

Step 1

Heat vegetable oil in large skillet. Add beef, chicken, bell pepper, onion & garlic. Cover and cook until beef and chicken have cooked completely.

Step 2

Warm tortillas and add lettuce, tomatoe, & cheese to each fajita. Top with sour cream, salsa, guacamole as needed
