Vanilla-Eggnog Cheesecake

  • 1 1/4 cup graham crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 pkg cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

Step 1

preheat oven to 350. mix graham crackers and butter and press into 9 inch pan.

Step 2

beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar in to large bowl. scrap inside of vanilla bean into batter. add flour and 1/4 tsp nutmeg to mixture. add rum.add eggs one at a time on low speed pour on crust.

Step 3

back for 40 minutes. remove and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Step 4

beat cream and remaining sugar in small bowl on high. place on cake and sprinkle the rest of nutmeg on the cake.
