Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 round steak, 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 cup cracker crumbles
  • Cooking oil
  • Pinch of Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Pound steak and cut into serving pieces. Mix together eggs and milk. Dip meat into wet ingredients, then into the cracker crumbles. Brown both sides before cooking over low heat for 45 to 60 minutes.
