Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 1 1/2 package graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • Filling
  • 1 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 16oz sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Crush crackers and mix with sugar. Mix in pan with melted butter. Beat cream cheese until smooth and add sugar, sour cream, milk, lemon, and vanilla. One at a time at eggs. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Let cool and refrigerate.
