Do Ahead Potatoes

  • 2 large potatoes peeled
  • 2 small cartons soft cream cheese or an equal amount of cheddar cheese
  • 1 8oz. carton sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 stick butter salt and pepper

Step 1

Boil potatoes till done

Step 2

Mash potatoes with cheese sour cream and 1/2 stick of butter season with salt and pepper

Step 3

Put in greased casserole dish. Drizzle with cream, Dot with remaining butter.

Step 4

May be refrigerated overnight. Bake at 375 degrees covered for 30 minutes.
