Ingredients

  • 1 head CABBAGE
  • 2 lbs POTATOES, diced
  • 2 med ONIONS, diced
  • 1 lb BACON, diced and fried

Preparation

Step 1

Mix up first three ingredients in large pot of water and cook down.
Add bacon.
Season to taste.

Step 2

Makes 4 Quarts
