Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 6-7 Peaches
  • 1 to 1 1/4 c Sugar
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 1 t Cardamom
  • 3 T Cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Peal and pit Peaches.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients. Place in pie crust. Dot top with Butter and put on top crust. Vent crust.

Step 3

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
Then reduce heat to 350 and bake additional 45-50 minutes.
