Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 1 cup.
  • Rice flour - 1/4 cup.
  • Jaggery - 1/4 cup.
  • Elachi - 1 spoon.
  • Oil to fry - 1 cup.

Preparation

Step 1

Add jaggery to a pan with just enough water.

Step 2

Cook in a low flame till it dissolves completely.

Step 3

Remove from flame and add the rest of ingredients. Mix well to a smooth batter.

Step 4

Deep fry in oil. Serve hot.
