Stuffer Pepper Soup

Ingredients

  • 2lbs hamburger
  • 28oz tomato sauce
  • 28oz diced tomatoes undrained
  • 2c green pepper chopped into 1in cubes
  • 1c chopped onion
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/4c packed brown sugar
  • 2t salt
  • 1t pepper
  • 2c cooked rice set aside

Preparation

Step 1

Brown hamburger. Add remaining ingredients except rice.

Step 2

Bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer 30-40 minutes until peppers and onions are tender. Add rice. Heat through and serve.
