steak with anchovy sauce on topserved with rice

Ingredients

  • beef steak usually one per person
  • anchovy 2 cans
  • 5 limes
  • 2 schallots
  • spicy pepper
  • a lot of thai egg plant
  • chicken soup base

Preparation

Step 1

open anchovys strain out oil to the side.
one a cutting board start chopping anchovy. 3 table spoons of chicken soup base andcontinue to chop until like a paste

Step 2

wash and chop thai egg plant into fat skinny strip leave length of strip from top to bottom of egg plant

Step 3

in large bowl put anchovys oil and egg plant in bowl. squeeze 5 large limes directly on egg plant. mix well it should look like chunky sauce.

Step 4

put chopped chili mix sauce well. put in fridge
gewt skillet make sure very hot. nothing in pan until very hot. take a pinch of salt throw directly in pan then put meat. cook to preference

Step 5

slice meat pour sauce on meat eat with rice and romaine lettece

sauce last forever if put in fridge
