Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 onion cubed fine
  • 1 cup yogurt/ sour cream
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • Pounded green chillies
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and cube the cucumber into time 1mmx 1mm cubes.

Step 2

Wash, peel and grate carrot.

Step 3

Combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl and stir until mixed. Adjust the chillies and salt and pepper to taste.

Served best with biryani!
