Cheese

Who doesn't love cheese? The only problem is, it contains a lot of fat. But fat doesn't always have to be a bad thing. In fact, on a daily basis, our bodies need to consume a certain amount of unsaturated fatty acids which can be found in foods such as nuts and avocados.

If you are feeling a fancy for a slice of cheese, it probably means you're craving fat. Cravings for vitamin D can also increase the desire for cheese as this vitamin is found in dairy products.
