Show Off Your Feet: Get Ready for the Summer Season!

Give your feet a bath

A foot bath is a great excuse for a short break to rejuvenate your tired feet. It makes your skin soft and delicate and removes excess skin, leaving your feet looking and feeling much fresher.

A bath of water with milk is particularly effective: this natural remedy will soothe your nails and soften any hardened and callused parts of your skin. To try this at home, add a 50:50 ratio of milk and hot water, then soak your feet in the mixture for about 5-10 minutes. The ideal temperature for a foot bath is 98.6° F.
