Reduce Sugar Intake
Sugar, especially refined sugars, has largely been associated with the rise in obesity over the years. Your body needs sugar to survive — but if you eat too much, the excess glucose that your body doesn't use up gets stored as fat (and you can usually see the evidence along your waistline!).
