June Hersh - Eat Well-Do GoodI am hard at work on a new cookbook called Simple, Simpler, Simplest. It's a unique concept where I take one central ingredient or popular preparation and present it for three skill levels. From Simple ( the most complex) to Simpler ( designed for intermediate cooks) to Simplest ( for the beginners out there). My blog is focused on following this format. I love to concoct complex and innovative recipes, but it is equally fun to pare those down so they are more accessible. The blog features everything from Simple gravlax to simpler salmon in puff pastry to the simplest salmon teriyaki. I also throw in a slice of life and food tidbits because I can't help myself
