These tender creamy potatoes will be the star of any holiday meal
- 6-8 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 C Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- salt and pepper
- 3 C whipping cream
- 1-2 C milk

Light and tender flourless chocolate cake, studded with sweet maraschino cherries and topped with marshmallow cream...
- 6 oz bitter sweet chocolate, chopped (6 squares)
- 1/3C butter
- 3 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbs vanilla rum
- 1 Tbs hot water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/4 C maraschino cherries, finely chopped
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 4 oz 70% dark chocolate
- 1/4 C light cream
- 1 jar marshmallow fluff
- 5 maraschino cherries with stems (dipped in melted chocolate)
