- 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 c dried fenugreek {methi}
- salt
- 1-4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chilli powder
- 1 lemon
- 2 large onions
- green chillies
- 1 c hung curd
- 1/4 c water

- 1 1/2 pkg full cream milk
- 1 1/2 cup curd
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- sugar to taste
- coconut, shredded optional
