Artichoke Jalapeno Dip

In a food processor, pulse artichoke hearts until chopped
- 1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 jalapenos, seeded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Deviled Eggs

Halve 7 eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl
- Salt and pepper, for taste
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 7 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- Paprika
Doritos Crusted Chicken Fingers

Marinate sliced boneless chicken breasts in buttermilk for 2 hours
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large bag of Doritos, nacho flavor (or flavour of choice)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 4 eggs
Chinese Egg Rolls

Brown chicken with ginger and garlic in pan; drain any grease
- 12 egg roll wraps
- 1/2-1 lb chicken
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 (16 ounce) bag shredded cabbage and carrot coleslaw mix (not quite the whole bag)
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 egg, beaten with
- 1 teaspoon water

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip

In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the brown sugar over medium heat
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
Crock pot mac and cheese

Coat inside of crock pot with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup swiss cheese (I used Grueyere)
- 8 ounces white cheese, cubed (American)
- 1 tablespoon sweet onion, minced
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup corn, flake crumbs
