this is my mom's n gma's version, but updated to add MORE flavor n juicyness PLUS without the cryin of cuttin fresh
- ground beef; 1-2 eggs (depends on size of loaf); breadcrumbs; mustard; ketchup; BBQ sauce ( I use JD orig. recipe BBQ sauce); Worcestershire sauce; soy sauce; chopped fresh garlic (or minced dry, i use fresh chipped garlic that stays refrigerated); spices: garlic n onion powder, minced dried onion pieces, Italian seasonings, ground pepper, meat seasoning (i use beef).
