Mix all but fish in small bowl
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lbs white fish fillets
Tuna Noodle Casserole

Mix the cream of chicken, mayonnaise and milk together in a large bowl
- 10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 6 ounces albacore tuna
- 6 ounces cooked egg noodles
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Boil pasta in water till tender, save 1 cup of pasta water for use later
- 1 lb medium shrimp, deveined and tails removed
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles (more or less, depending on family size)
- 6 -8 garlic cloves, according to personal taste, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- olive oil (3 drizzles)
- italian seasoning
- fresh ground pepper
- red pepper flakes
- salt
- herbs (according to taste)
Lobster Mac and Cheese

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Kosher salt
- Vegetable oil
- 1 pound cavatappi or elbow macaroni
- 1 quart milk
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, divided
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 ounces Gruyere cheese, grated (4 cups)
- 8 ounces extra-sharp Cheddar, grated (2 cups)
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked lobster meat
- 1 1/2 cups fresh white bread crumbs (5 slices, crusts removed)
Crab Cakes

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except for the flour and peanut oil
- 1 pound crabmeat, picked free of shells
- 1/3 cup crushed crackers (recommended: Ritz)
- 3 green onions (green and white parts), finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash cayenne pepper
- Flour, for dusting
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- Favorite dipping sauce, for serving

- Pizza Dough
- Whisk 3 3/4 cups flour and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt. Make a well and add 1 1/3 cups warm water, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 packet yeast. When foamy, mix in 3 tablespoons olive oil; knead until smooth, 5 minutes. Brush with olive oil, cover in a bowl and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour 30 minutes. Divide into two 1-pound balls. Use 1 pound per recipe unless noted.

- Toss 7 cups small cauliflower florets and 3 chopped plum tomatoes with 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, a pinch of cayenne, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste on a baking sheet.
