- 1 c milk+1 tbsp vinegar(buttermilk)
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 3 c chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
- Topping:
- .25 c butter
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 c brown sugar, packed
