Mom's Lasagna

Delicious lasagna, made the old fashioned way
- 1 Lb Lasagna noodles
- 4 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 small (3 oz?) can tomato paste
- 1 lb "beef" (if desired - can use veggie meat)
- 1 cup dry red wine
- garlic
- basil
- salt
- pepper
- sweet or hot "sausage" (if desired - can use veggie sausage)
- onions
- peppers
- 1 4 oz can mushroom pieces
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 8z containers ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- Large container Parmesan cheese
Cranberry Chutney

Delicious homemade chutney, which is perfect in the fall, especially at Thanksgiving!
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1.5 tsp grated fresh gingerroot
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Pancakes from scratch

- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of buttermilk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1.75 cups of flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Tangy Chicken with Herbs

A yummy sweet and savory dinner that everyone will love!
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 16 ox can tomatoes, drained & cut into bite sized pieces
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 2.5 - 3 lbs chicken pieces, skinned OR 6 Quorn Nak'd Chicken Cutlets (veg)
- Hot cooked noodles
