Quick Beef Chili

Cut each steak lengthwise into 1-inch-wide strips, then cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pound lean beef cubed steaks
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (28 ounces) whole tomatoes, undrained
- 1 box (9 ounces) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
