  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 9 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini (if you dont have any use pre boiled cubed potatoes instead)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 lb of ground beef

  • 1 16 oz bag of tator tots (use how ever mch you want i used the large walmart brand bag of tator tots)
  • 1 cup of cheese (i never measure just throw it on top and say yeah)
