Zebra Bundt Cake

Sift flour baking powder and salt into a bowl; set aside
- Cake
- 3 cups cake flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 ½ cups granulated sugar, divided
- ½ cup natural (not Dutch-processed) cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons water
- 1 ½ cups unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 5 large eggs
- ½ cup whole milk
- Glaze
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- cup heavy cream
Homemade Bacon Salt

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake the bacon until it is very very crisp and cooked
- 12 ounces of bacon
- 3/4 cup of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Roast Potatoes with Lemon, Rosemary, and Thyme

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 3 pounds new potatoes
- 2 lemons, plus extra 1/2 lemon for serving
- 7 to 8 cloves garlic, skin on, lightly smashed
- Several sprigs fresh rosemary
- Several sprigs fresh thyme
- Olive or canola oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Spinach Quiche Cups

Preheat the oven to 375F or 190C
- A little olive oil (for cooking the mushrooms)
- 1 (10 oz) package fresh spinach (I used the baby ones) --- about 284 grams
- 4 eggs (if the yolks are quite small I use 5 eggs)
- 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice (I use mozzarella or the Italian Blend)
- 1 (8 oz package) mini-bella mushrooms, chopped
- 1-2 Tbsp, heavy cream or half-and-half (optional)
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Mint Mocha Almond Milk Shake with Coffee Ice Cubes

Brew coffee and let cool to room temperature
- 2 Cups water
- • 8 Tablespoons coffee, ground
- • 1/2 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- • 1 Cup vanilla Almond Breeze Almond Milk, divided
- • 2 Tablespoons fresh mint, fine chop
- • 1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt or sorbet
