Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)

- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

- 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp of Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 4 Tbsp of Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
- 4 Tbsp of Freshly Grated Parmiggiano Reggiano
- 1 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 8 oz Fettuccini, cooked according to package instructions

- 2 Thin Pieces of Chicken Cutlets
- 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
- 1 tsp Granulated Onion
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Parmiggiano Reggiano Cheese
