Carrot salad with mint

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots,
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons Melfor vinegar,
  • 2 teaspoons wheat germ powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint,
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 large pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and grate the carrots.

Step 2

Then prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, the Melfor vinegar, salt and wheat germ.

Step 3

So just mix carrots and dressing and top with sesame seeds for extra crunch.

Step 4

Cool and refrigerate 10 minutes before serving.
