Ingredients

  • - 3 small containers of yogurt
  • - Half a cucumber, diced
  • - A tomato, diced
  • - Some fresh cilantro leaves
  • - A teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • - Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Toast the cumin seeds over low heat.

Step 2

When they are roasted, crush them up into a powder.

Step 3

Mix the yogurt into one container.

Step 4

- Add the cucumber and tomato.
- Mix
- Then add salt and cumin powder and mix again.

Step 5

Garnish with fresh coriander.
