- - 3 small containers of yogurt
- - Half a cucumber, diced
- - A tomato, diced
- - Some fresh cilantro leaves
- - A teaspoon of cumin seeds
- - Salt

Toast the cumin seeds over low heat.
When they are roasted, crush them up into a powder.
Mix the yogurt into one container.
- Add the cucumber and tomato.
- Then add salt and cumin powder and mix again.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
