Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken thighs,
  • garlic
  • lemongrass stalks,
  • Fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp thyme,
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar,
  • salt
  • Pepper.

Preparation

Step 1

Prick the chicken with garlic and ginger. Place chicken on a bed of lemon grass and ginger in a dish to steam. Sprinkle with thyme. Salt and pepper well.

Step 2

Cook with steam for 40 minutes
