Korean Style Tofu with Bluegrass Soy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Bluegrass Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 c water
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 TBS sesame seeds
  • Scallions, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • 1 block of tofu

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Slice tofu into 1/2 inch chunks. Fry each piece until it is slightly browned. Mix together all other ingredients. Serve the soy sauce with tofu.
