Ingredients

  • 3 cups ground almonds
  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup orange blossom water
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • confectioner's sugar
  • pinch vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, salt and confectioners' sugar,Add vanilla extract, and baking powder, combine the dry ingredient with the melted butter, and add orange blossom water plus water, combine until a smooth paste. cover and let rest about 30 minutes

Step 2

For the icing beat the white egg, orange blossom water, lemon juice, pinch vanilla extract, and add confectioner's sugar until a thick mixture.
