  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2/3 cup of milk

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450F. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.

Step 2

Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix. Knead 10 times.

Step 3

Roll dough to 1/2" thick. Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Step 4

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown

Step 5

To Make DROP BISCUITS: Do not knead dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Step 6

CHEESE GARLIC BISCUITS: Prepare drop biscuits as directed except stir in 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese with the baking mix. Mix 2 Tbsp melted butter and 1/8 tsp garlic powder, brush over warm biscuits.
