Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • peppers , green/red/orange and yellow
  • virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

cut up peppers and mix colors together , place in 13 x 9 pan spread out evenly

Step 2

place chicken breasts on top of peppers

Step 3

sprinkle with salt and pepper, pour about 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil over dish

Step 4

cook at 375 for about 45 minutes or until chicken is done
