Ingredients

  • 2 lbs burger meat. I use elk burger
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil (I use this because our elk is not ground with any fat)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in bowl combine well. roll into 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch balls

Step 2

Cook over medium to low heat until cooked through. Turn as needed to brown all sides.
