Creton (meat spread)

  • 1 pork shoulder
  • 1tsp all spice
  • 2 medium onions chopped fine
  • 1tsp nutmeg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Cook meat in a pot with water and onions until the meat comes apart. Save the liquid for later. Place meat and onions in food processor and grind. Place meat into a large pot with some of the liquid and mix. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. Place in small freezable containers. Once cooled place in fridge or freezer. Enjoy on toast or Ploys.
