Often found in tapas bars cut into small cubes or slices, tortilla is originally a family dish that is part of a hearty meal.
At home, there's nothing easier than making a potato tortilla. Served with a simple green salad, it's versatile enough to be eaten for breakfast, lunch or even dinner!
For 6 people, here's what you'll need:
1 pound of potatoes
8 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons butter

Three Cheese Baguette
You'll drool over this 3 cheese, bacon-wrapped baguette.
INGREDIENTS
- Blue cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozarella
- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bacon
METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
